My experience spans fintech, banking and SaaS, where I’ve designed web and mobile products that help people navigate complex systems with confidence.

I began my career designing a mobile banking application, creating flows for transactions, account management and budgeting across multiple platforms. That experience shaped how I think about information architecture, decision-making and designing for trust.

Since then, I’ve worked across product, marketing and brand experiences, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, researchers and business stakeholders. I enjoy bringing different perspectives together, translating complex requirements into practical solutions and helping teams move towards shared goals.

User research has always been one of my favourite parts of the design process. Understanding how people think, what motivates them and where they struggle allows me to make better design decisions and reminds me that every successful product starts with understanding people.

I believe the best outcomes come from collaboration. Whether I’m interviewing users, facilitating discussions or refining product experiences, I enjoy creating an environment where ideas can be shared openly and different perspectives lead to stronger solutions.
